    Join OSU Extension and the Fayette County YMCA this fall for a series of cooking classes.

    Classes are FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, to be held at the YMCA from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.

    Classes will center around healthy holidays and include a variety of topics including:

  2. Oct. 10, 2024 9:00am to 2:30pm

    ServSafe Person In Charge Training, Level 1

    This 4 hour course provides basic food safety education for food service workers who do not need certification, but need basic safe food handling knowledge and skills.

    Registration Fee is $50 per person. Check or Cash Only

    ServSafe Managers Training, Level 2

    Upon completion of this 16 hour course and exam, participants receive a Certificate from the National Restaurant Association and Certification in Food Protection from the Ohio Department of Health.

    Registration Fee is $175 per person. Check or Cash Only

  8. Nov. 21, 2024 8:30am to 5:00pm

    ServSafe Managers Training, Level 2
