    Drop Testing Available Friday, August 23, 2024 Bring your pressure canner lid and gauge to the Fayette County YMCA to be tested for accuracy. It is recommended that testing is done annually. If you are unable to come to the drop in event, you can drop off to the OSU Extension Office in Fayette County during normal business hours. Please see attached flyer for complete details.

    ServSafe Managers Training, Level 2 Upon completion of this 16 hour course and exam, participants receive a Certificate from the National Restaurant Association and Certification in Food Protection from the Ohio Department of Health. Registration Fee is $175 per person. Check or Cash Only Call our office at 740-335-1150 to register or for more information. Registration due by July 22, 2024
