    ServSafe Manager Training and Certification

    This 2-day course provides accurate, up-to-date information for all levels of employees on all aspects of handling food, from receiving and storing to preparing and serving. Must attend class both days as scheduled to take the certification exam at the end of the second day. Upon successful completion of the course and exam, participants will receive a certificate from the National Restaurant Association and certification in Food Protection from the Ohio Department of Health. 

  2. Oct. 08, 2026 9:00am to 2:00pm

    ServSafe Person In Charge Training

    This 4-hour course offers basic food safety education for food service workers that do not need certification but need basic safe food handling knowledge and skills. This program includes hands-on activities, lots of class participation and a Certificate of Completion.

  3. Nov. 05, 2026 8:30am to 4:30pm

    ServSafe Manager Training and Certification
