They will talk about some basic rules of thumb to ensure a safe, quality preserved product and end the series with a SALSA PARTY! Series begins June 7, 2024 and will be from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. You can plan to attend one or ALL of the classes. We hope to see you there!

It is scheduled for Saturday, July 6, 2024 in the meeting room of the Fayette County Agriculture Center at 1415 US 22, Washington Court House, Ohio.
