    Fayette County Releases 2026 ServSafe Training Dates

    OSU Extension Fayette County has announced its 2026 schedule for ServSafe® Manager and Person In Charge Certification courses. This nationally recognized program, developed by the National Restaurant Association, provides comprehensive food safety training that meets Ohio’s Level I and II Certification in Food Protection requirements.

    Daylight Savings Time began on Sunday, March 13. Each Spring, we set our clocks one hour ahead to increase evening daylight. Although it seems this may not make much difference, this shift can disrupt our internal clocks, leading to sleep disturbances and potential health impacts.     The Ohio State University Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Program provides intensive training in horticulture to interested Ohio residents, who then volunteer their time assisting with educational programs and activities for Ohio residents through their local OSU Extension county office.
