    Due to continued circumstances with COVID-19. The Fayette County Extension physical office will be closed until further notice, beginning December 2, 2020. The Extension staff will be working remotely and will be available by phone or email from 8:00AM – 4:30PM, Monday - Friday.  If you would like to speak with someone in person an appointment can be arranged by calling 740-335-1150. A staff member or the automated phone directory will transfer your call to the appropriate person you would like to contact.

    Southern Ohio Farm Show

    Ohio State University Extension offices of Brown, Clermont, and Highland Counties created the Southern Ohio Farm Show, a weekly television-style program that has aired for the past 27 weeks. Each episode features several topics related to agriculture, family and consumer sciences, community development, 4-H youth development, and local community events. The Southern Ohio Farm Show will expand its viewership territory by partnering with Extension Offices in Clinton, Fayette, Pickaway, Pike, and Ross Counties.

  6. The USDA Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)

    The USDA Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) was established to fill the gap when children lose access to meals when schools are closed. Most often this occurs during summer vacation. However, during school closures related to the pandemic, meals are also being made available. You have the opportunity to supplement the food you have at home with meals and snacks for your children from local schools and community organizations.

  10. 2019 Education for Tax Preparers

    For well over 50 years OSU Extension has been providing continuing education for tax preparers. Our two-day schools are designed for individuals who have some experience preparing and filing federal and state tax returns. The classes are considered to be intermediate level and instruction will bocus on the recent Tax Cuts and Jobs Act legislation and the issues that you may encounter when preparing 2019 Tax return.
