Fayette County Releases 2026 ServSafe Training Dates
OSU Extension Fayette County has announced its 2026 schedule for ServSafe® Manager and Person In Charge Certification courses. This nationally recognized program, developed by the National Restaurant Association, provides comprehensive food safety training that meets Ohio’s Level I and II Certification in Food Protection requirements.
The ServSafe® course is ideal for food service managers and staff working in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other foodservice operations. Participants will learn best practices for handling, preparing, and serving food safely, and will take a proctored certification exam upon completion.

Person In Charge (Level 1)
March 12 or October 8 - 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Managers - Level 2
April 9 & 16 - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
August 13 & 20 - 8:30 - 4:30 pm
November 5 & 12 - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
